About Us
Welcome to Kikiaura Crystals.
We are a Crystal, Incense and gift shop situated near the stunning White Horse Hill in Uffington,Oxfordshire.
We also do markets - details of upcoming events are above.
Kikiaura Crystals was formed during lockdown after finding a love and passion for crystals, that I wanted to share with the world. The name also has a special meaning as Kiki is my son’s nickname and he has such a wonderful Aura. If you need any help with your purchase or any queries please get in touch, via the contact button on the page and I will be more than happy to help.
Our Return Policy

Changed your mind?
Please contact us within 48hrs of receipt of goods if you wish to return part or all of your order so we can get your order right for you.
Within U.K. law you have 14 days to return your order to us from date of delivery if you change your mind. You may request a return by using the contact form on the website or if purchased through our Facebook/Instagram page @kikiauracrystals you may message the relevant page.
Returned goods must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition. The buyer will be liable for the cost of any returned goods that come back to the shop damaged and in the opinion of the seller, been caused by the goods being inadequately packaged by the buyer.
Damaged/incorrect goods:
If items have been damaged in transit or wrong product supplied, please notify us immediately. You should take photos of the damaged packaging/items and contact the shop via the contact form on the website. Please make sure you do this within 14 days of receiving your order. You will then have the choice of a full refund or a replacement item (subject to availability).
Please do not return goods unless prearranged with ourselves as we will give you instructions as whether/how you need to return them.
We recommend using a recorded delivery service when returning items to ensure returned good arrive promptly. In the case of damage/incorrect items we will refund return postage. If you have simply changed your mind then postage costs to return will not be refunded.
Earrings/worn jewellery can not be returned for hygiene reasons.
Shipping Policy
Small parcels up to 2kg are delivered by Royal Mail, however larger orders will sometimes be sent via either Royal Mail, DHL or UPS. Your order will be delivered with 3-5 working days.
Due to reasons beyond our control there may sometimes be delays in dispatch and delivery. Please bear this in mind when you place your order.
